Cairo – Mubasher: The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) will launch on Wednesday a new savings certificate under Group B with a 14% annual yield on behalf of the National Investment Bank.
The three-year certificates will be issued to natural persons and accrued interest will be paid on a quarterly basis, according to a recent statement.
In addition, a new three-year savings certificate with an 11.25% annual yield will be offered to legal entities under Group D and accrued interest will be paid on a quarterly basis.
NBE also decided to raise the annual yield on its three-year Group B certificates to natural persons to 12.5% from 12%.
